For years now, Steve has been known throughout Christchurch as 'that American artist', 'the tattooist from Minnesota' or 'that guy with the dreads'.

Whatever you call him, Steve's work has appeared in books and magazines,
galleries and shows. He's an award-winning tattooist who doesn't care about awards: with a couple of art degrees and a real passion for his work, all Steve wants is to make each tattoo better than the last...

Steve Says:

These days I'm mostly concentrating on the pinups and portraits, photo-realistic tattoos and bright and colorful cover-ups.

The majority of my tattoos lately have been freehand custom projects, each one unique to the client. :)
